We are pleased to announce that planning applications to South Tipperary County Council, and its town councils including Carrick-on-Suir, Cashel, Clonmel and Tipperary – are now available on Planning Buddy.

We think this is a great development, as it means that residents in County Tipperary have easier access to planning application information from their councils. This new comes on the back of our recent improvements in making available Donegal Town Councils as well as Waterford Borough Council.

Users should note that they need to update their alert settings within their user account to reflect these additions. For example, the easiest way to be made aware of all new planning applications in Letterkenny is to create a new alert for Letterkenny Town Council without adding any area (street or townland) names.

Welcome to Planning Buddy.

Do you find it hard to keep track of new planning permsission submitted in your area or locality? We did, so we started thinking of how much easier it would be if you could check these submissions from one location.

Currently we monitor 15 planning authorities in the Republic of Ireland – Carlow, Cavan, Clare, Cork City, Donegal, Kerry, Leitrim, Limerick, Louth, Monaghan, Offaly, Roscommon, Sligo, Tipperary (North) and Waterford.

We expect to make more councils available shortly – we’ll let you know immediately when we do.

In the meantime – if you want to receive updates on planning applications in your locality – then sign up for an account. Once logged in you can create your alerts, and choose to receive them by email, RSS or a website widget (if you run a community website).
