We’ve just changed hosting providers – so bear with us while we move data and services across.
There are currently a big number of issues with a number of councils – the screen scraping routines will need to change – and this takes time.
We’ll try to get to this as soon as possible.

As well as problems with alerts – we’ve also identified problems with some user registrations.
When you submitted your details (username, password, etc) – you should have immediately received a confirmation email with. This has not been happening for all users.
Hopefully, the backlog has now been resolved, and you can track planning applications using email or RSS feeds.

We’ve had some comments from some users that they have not been receiving alerts that they expected.
As of this morning -Â these issues have been resolved. We are planning to move the service to a more reliable hosting environment over the next week or so.
We will inform all registered users when this is going to take place.
We are pleased to announce that planning applications to South Tipperary County Council, and its town councils including Carrick-on-Suir, Cashel, Clonmel and Tipperary – are now available on Planning Buddy.
We think this is a great development, as it means that residents in County Tipperary have easier access to planning application information from their councils. This new comes on the back of our recent improvements in making available Donegal Town Councils as well as Waterford Borough Council.
