Pah.
As well as problems with alerts – we’ve also identified problems with some user registrations.
When you submitted your details (username, password, etc) – you should have immediately received a confirmation email with. This has not been happening for all users.
Hopefully, the backlog has now been resolved, and you can track planning applications using email or RSS feeds.

Hi Mary,
Thanks for getting in contact. Yes – there does still seem to be a problem with the user confirmation email.
In the meantime – you can reset your password through “forgot password” option – this will allow you to login to your account.
